These 5 bedrooms will BLOW YOU AWAY! The star of the show is the bunk bedroom, which is filled with two twin-over-full bunk beds, two slides, arcade gams, basketball (Pop-a-Shot), smart TV, & comfy seating. It will truly WOW you!

There are 4 remaining bedrooms; two with a king bed in each, and two with a queen bed in each. All bedrooms have their own smart TV!

There are 3 full bathrooms throughout this home. The first bathroom has a toilet, sink, & a shower/tub combo. The private ensuite master bathroom has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and standalone tub. The third bathroom is located right off of the pool table room, with two sinks, a toilet, & walk-in shower.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The kitchen is bright & open, with brand new stainless steel appliances. With lots of counter space and bar top seating, it's a great kitchen for entertaining!

Just one room over is the dining room, which is bright and welcoming. The formal dining room seats 8 (plus 4 bar top seats in the kitchen), and there is also a second dining table in the backyard.

As you walk into the home, you're greeted with the big, open living room, which has tons of comfy seating and a fun, tropical design! It's a great place for your movie or game nights, where the whole family can sit together in this cozy space!

There are TWO fun game rooms in this home. The first game room, right off of the living room, has foosball, air hockey, and direct access to the incredible backyard. The second game room is located right next to the dining room, with a pool table smart TV, and a fireplace.

This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.
Other things to note
This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

Pet Fee is $75 fee per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
